I ordered a Dell laptop from the outlet on January 28. The initial delivery date was 2 weeks which already was so long but on I got an email on February 11 regarding a delay of 2 weeks in the delivery. So, the new delivery date was February 28. Today, I've got another email telling me that the new delivery date is on March 13.

It's now mid-March 2020 and it hasn't gotten any better. From the posts I have read, Dell is aware of the problem, yet keeps issuing delivery dates that cannot be met. My laptop was supposed to arrive yesterday, two weeks after I placed an order and was lied to by the Dell rep. Now I'm looking at 3 more weeks (so I am told).
