Jul 27, 2011 · If the delivery date stay the same for more than a week or two, you might want to contact Dell delivery call centre, to check them out, oh and also I found out that the call service has more reliable detail than the one on the website. I ordered mine last month, the original delivery date is about 5 week, but arrive just in 2 weeks.

Dec 17, 2009 · I placed my order on 11/28 for a Dell 17 in laptop and am on the fourth estimated delivery date, 12/14, 12/21, 12/30 and now 1/5. It's frustrating because Dell is accepting orders that they are not able to fulfill and they expect their customers to sit by until they get their inventory in order.

Aug 09, 2007 · OK, so I ordered a Dell Inspiron 1720 on July 31. The "estimated delivery date" was August 20. I just found out today that it had been shipped yesterday (Aug 7) which i'm obviously very happy about. My question is, does the estimated delivery date mean the day it is BEGINNING to be shipped, or the day that it is supposed to arrive?
