Well Dell should have a caviat at the ordering stage and not tell people it will be 2 or 3 days when it will be 15. At no point are you given the choice to accept a longer delivery. ie We tell you 2-3 days, so order now and then after ordering you say well actually it's 15 days - it fails to deliver on a promise.

It's now mid-March 2020 and it hasn't gotten any better. From the posts I have read, Dell is aware of the problem, yet keeps issuing delivery dates that cannot be met.
