Well Dell should have a caviat at the ordering stage and not tell people it will be 2 or 3 days when it will be 15. At no point are you given the choice to accept a longer delivery. ie We tell you 2-3 days, so order now and then after ordering you say well actually it's 15 days - it fails to deliver on a promise.

The Worst. I can't believe how bad this customer service is. Wait for 20 minutes on hold is a good day. An hour and 20 - that's not uncommon. Oh, and then you get someone, and they tell you that you have the wrong computer - they connect you to a different phone line, which has its own wait, and you're holding there for 10, 20 or 45 minutes.1.3/5

For at least two years now the Dell Assisstant only goes half way trying to Download the Drivers for the BIOS and stops. They received my money for the Extended Warranty and told me they could repair the issues. but so far it still does not work. I want to file a review and report how bad Dell Warranties are.1/5(440)
