Ramesh, Please bear in mind that 550 could also mean that the user’s mailbox is full. Different ISP’s respond differently in this regard, so if after a few tries (say 2-3 tries) you’re still not getting mail delivered, it’s probably safe to temporarily remove the subscriber from your list (try again in a subsequent mailing).

Dec 31, 2011 · It was I who reported the same problem, in my case using AOL; none of my emails from my AOL address reached IRCTC. (AOL provides a quirky service, and is used by fewer and fewer people. It was a leader in emailing fifteen years ago but no longer, but does have some virtues, which explains our loyalty). Whereas gmail is used by millions of people.
