Sep 12, 2008 · I have just configured our SMTP virtual server to send NDRs to me. Since I've verified through message tracking in Exchange that delivery did in fact fail, but no email address was entered in "send NDR reports to" field, so nobody ever got them. Once I can get my hands on a Delivery Status Notification (Failed) message I will post the results.

1 Answer 1. Looks like it's just a delivery notification in outlook. Got to Tools -> Options -> Email Options -> Tracking Options and un-check the box that says "Delivery receipt".
