Aug 07, 2010 · I know my parcel went on the lorry for 'Express AM' delivery this morning. Nothing turned up. I went out this afternoon half expecting a card when I got back but there's nothing and no delivery attempt at all. I paid £10 for Saturday specific delivery, can I claim this back off the retailer (online) or Parcelforce themselves? Cheers

well I said a while ago I would not use Parcelforce again , did not collect on the day they said just said no one was in but never turned up , parcel was taken to depo next day delivery , the next day says out for delivery between 11.30 AND 12.30 still says out for delivery at 21.35 ive learnt my lesson1.7/5
