Mar 31, 2011 · I have tried to send emails in outlook 2010 using the delivery confirmation and read receipt funtion enabled and it does not seem to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue. Does any one know how to fix. I have search the internet but cannot seem to find. This feature worked in outlook 2007 but I don't know why it doesn't work in 2010 . Thanks

A delivery receipt confirms delivery of your email message to the recipient's mailbox, but not that the recipient has seen it or read it. A read receipt confirms that your message was opened. In Outlook, the message recipient can decline to send read receipts.
