Messages are forwarded to this folder from a standard mailbox using a server side rule so that multiple people have access to the messages. What does message tracking show as far as the reason the message bounced?

Mar 19, 2020 · I was looking in Exchange > Public Folders and the in the properties of on of my folders. Your message couldn't be delivered because the recipient is a public folder you don't have permission to send to. To fix this problem, contact the public folder owner or the email admin and ask them to add you to the allow list for the public folder.
