Jul 02, 2010 · I thought maybe the sender in the public domain was sending their emails with "delivery receipt" or "read receipt" configured on the emails being sent to the public folders and since I know PF's cannot process that type of MAPI submission I opened OWA and generated three emails, with each one haveing eiter one of the receipt types or both.
