Apr 02, 2008 · I have downloaded the BBC iPlayer software and ever since, whenever I go on line I get the Delivery Service Manager box displaying the message "Delivery Manager has encountered a problem...." this repeats every 3mins or so and in fact stops me downloading anything including 4oD.

Unfortunately i have this very same problem. I've got the BBC iPlayer, as well as 4OD (which both now refuse to work) and on the BBC iPlayer help site, it says there might be a conflict between the two applications, and they explain how to remove a certain program from your PC.
