Mar 30, 2012 · Hi John2009jhon, The reason why the sender receive a bounce message and was not able to deliver the said message to a Hotmail user is that the sender's email has a spam like characteristics or the IP of the sender has a reputation problem (an IP from which an excessive number of spam-like messages have been sent).
