Jul 01, 2019 · If it gets held up in customs for any reason it tends to be longer. If it's shipping from a US warehouse you should get it sooner. You should have a tracking #, even though you got free shipping. Once your package is accepted by the post / shipping office you'll be able to tell where it's shipping from with tracking information. It's been sitting in the Netherlands since 3/31/20. I keep getting the same response from whomever replies to me. The shipping issue should be addressed. I placed an order on badassglass.com late last night and the order is ALREADY processed through the USPS. It's unfortunate how Grasscity takes care of their paying customers.
