May 18, 2015 · The status of the email subscription displayed as "The delivery extension for this subscription could not be loaded" (see below figure). And the email does be sent to the users. This issue happen to my subscription randomly, not always.

IvanJ It seems that e-mail server is a problem. Some kind of filter or something else is causing email server to reject mail while sending is in progress so sending throw exception with some kind of unknown exception which is displayed in this way by RS.
