I was going by the title. It clearly states 'courier forged signature'? most likely to be the case because on proof of delivery it says i was the actual reciever and that it is my signature. there is massive difference between the signature because my signature is hella simple and whereas the signature on proof on delivery is completely different

Nov 02, 2017 · Of course it's fraud. But as @Mr D says, your contract is with the sender not the courier. So it's them you need to contact. However, our Yodel delivery man (who lives locally) signs for the parcels and leaves them in our agreed safe place.

Jan 24, 2019 · That must be my address. As I am the only one in to receive the parcel then the “signature” as proof of delivery must be mine – no matter how difficult it is to make out. Hermes customer support have admitted that it was NOT my signature and that it was gross misconduct by the courier. Conclusion: The courier forged my signature?
