Oct 31, 2013 · USPS - Notice Left but no notice? ... Says an attempted deliver was made 6:15 PM and notice left. No notice was left and people were home at this time. Fraudulent, unionized, overpaid, thieving liars. If a delivery cant be made just hold package for another day rather than lying about leaving a notice. Cant wait until they get replaced by robots.
