Cons. I got in doing a pre-christmas hire, which is by far the busiest time of the year. I was working 12-13 hours and myself alongside everyone else were forced to deliver parcels and parcels and parcels, and even if I was to finish my own route, I'd be called back to do more for some other 'Joe' who had too much seniority for management to want to hassle them to do their work load.
