Because of its good results and low morbidity, TVT is now offered to younger women still of childbearing age. Mar 04, 2013 · Yes! I had the TVT vaginal sling and became pregnant. My son was born in October of 2001 and it was a vaginal delivery. I had my first son C-section in 1992 and my daughter VBAC in 1997. I t was after she was born that I began experiencing incontinence. I took my chances and went for the vaginal birth, after the TVT, and I am so happy I did.
