Nov 14, 2011 · Trying to send out an e-mail from Outlook 2007 (using Exchange 2003) with the option to delay delivery for a certain time. For example, time sensitive message that can only be sent on the next business day and needs to have a timestamp at 12:01am in the recipients mailbox.

Sending messages works fine. OWA, ActiveSync devices and Outlook running on laptops connected through wifi receive messages instantly. Connecting those laptops to the LAN reproduces the issue. Turning cached mode off allows them to receive messages but they are still somewhat delayed.
