Oct 05, 2015 · It worked in Outlook 2010 with the Outlook Hotmail Connector, but the "Defer delivery by a number of minutes" rule in Outlook 2016 RTM with Outlook.com (Hotmail) using Exchange ActiveSync doesn't work. The rule gets ignored and e-mails are sent immediately. Using the "Do Not Deliver Before" manual option, in an e-mail message, works fine.

May 22, 2015 · I have an Outlook rule created as "Defer 2 mins delay mail delivery" to delay all the mails for 2 mins sent from the outlook. The rule works just fine normally. But it is not working when I do resend of any email. Instead of staying 2 mins in outbox, it starts sending immediately. This works in MS Office 2010. But does not work in MS Outlook 2013.
