Currier’s Flying Service was founded that fall. Roger enjoyed taking tourists and many locals up in his vintage seaplanes to see the scenery of Moosehead Lake. For over 20 years, Roger also flew as a contract pilot for the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, conducting wildlife surveys as well as search and rescue flights.
