Culver City Pool. “The Plunge” operated by the City of Culver City’s Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department was opened on August 31, 1949. Our mission is to provide comprehensive aquatics programming that meets the needs of the community through highly accessible, enjoyable and varied opportunities for learning and recreation.

The City’s goal is always to make the Plunge as safe as possible and provide a welcoming environment for the hundreds of patrons we serve each day. The City reserves the right to close the pool without advanced notice for special events, filming and in the case of emergencies. PLEASE NOTE: Pool is closed October 29, October 30 and October 31.

Low-impact water exercise in shallow water; ideal for all fitness levels, including non-swimmers, and anyone recovering from injuries. The class will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00-9:45am. Participation is limited so students must pre-register. Please Note: No Class September 6 & October 29.
