May 31, 2021 · Generally, CSIL are open from the 9:00am of the first day of the semester until the end of the exam period. During the semester, CSIL are open 24/7 in Burnaby and 8am-8pm weekdays in Surrey, to valid CS access fob holders. No valid CS access fob, no access, no exceptions. Between semesters, CSIL are open only on an as-needed basis.
