Regarding the garage floor, they arrived at 6 pm after multiple delays and applied the sealant (US SPEC CS-30-1315) to wet concrete in the dark so thickly and unevenly that it took over 52 hours to dry. (The product sheet said the sealant should dry in 30 minutes.) They did not honor our written agreement to acid wash the floor first and apply caulk.
