What a great experience this was. To visit the Crystal Palace was something I had wanted to do for a very long time. Having seen Buck Owens live in Liverpool way back in 1969 I had wanted to visit Bakersfield to see where Buck lived and to visit the Crystal Palace was just perfect. It is well worth doing if you are out that way.
