The chairs are stained and the sofa is comfortable. The bathroom is small but there is a lot of storage space. There's a ceiling fan, automatic heater, and toaster included.

Interesting history, Crystal Cove was used as a film location in the 1920s and some of the thatched huts and palm trees that were left behind became some of the first rentals and the seeds which became a makeshift beach shantytown. "Crystal Cove Cottages" have now become a destination in itself.

The Crystal Cove Historic District is a 12.3-acre coastal portion of the 2,791-acre Crystal Cove State Park. The federally listed Historic District is an enclave of 46 vintage rustic coastal cottages originally built as a seaside colony in the 1930’s & ‘40’s and nestled around the mouth of Los Trancos Creek.
