Actually, the boarding only starts at 6:00 PM since the departure is at 7:00 PM. Since we want to be honest with our customers in order to avoid any frustration on the pier, we mention to all of them, that usually, people arrive on the pier around 4:30 PM so they are the first on line to get better seats on the boat.
