Creston Optical provides optimal eye and vision care. We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service since 1941. Unfortunately, this patient was having a conflict with 1 800 contacts and misdirected his anger and frustration towards us. And yet, as a courtesy, the patient was offered free lenses until the issue was resolved.

32 reviews of Creston Optical "SO NICE! these people were really so friendly and accommodating. I had a pair of versace glasses, and one side of the frames was broken. i went back to the place i got them from but the business has since closed down. so i searched and found creston and they told me to come in, and fixed it without any charge, even though i did not get my glasses from them.

2 reviews of Creston Optical "Getting right to the point, Creston Optical won't give you your Pupillary Distance, even after measuring it for a pair of glasses you're ordering with them. It's not surprising--opticians everywhere refuse to give you your Pupillary Distance because they want you to buy overpriced glasses with them instead of having the freedom to order them online or anywhere else.
