Services. CCLS is a provider of services/supports for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, physical disabilities, or functional limitations of advanced aging. We provide clients with person-centered, individualized community supports.

Duties: Assist and teach daily living skills in home, day service and community, assist with crafts, and games, personal cares (as needed), assist with medical need and transport client to appointments and community outings (as needed). Hours between: 8am and 8pm. Schedule Monday - Friday with an everyother weekend.
