4/10/2013 Previous review. This year's Isleton Cajun & Blues Festival will be as good as it gets! Elvin Bishop will headline with a dozen or so excellant bands, blues and zydeco. I have already reviewed several other acts but the top two are standout blues artists. Karen Lovely is one of the best on the bill.
