At Mazama Village, the Annie Creek Restaurant serves pizza, burgers, and other entrees for lunch (11 am–3 pm daily) and dinner (5 pm–8:30 pm daily), and a general store (8 am–7 pm daily) sells groceries, sandwiches, salads, and snacks.

Okay, so from early November through to early in April the opening hours are 10am – 4pm, and from early April through to early November the opening hours are 9am – 5pm. There’s actually a US post office located inside the visitor center, which is open from 10am until 2pm Monday through Saturday.

Steel Visitor Center is located at park headquarters, 4 miles north of Highway 62 and 3 miles south of Rim Village on Munson Valley Road (sometimes shown on maps as Volcanic Scenic Byway). Turn into park headquarters at the only blinking 3-way stop sign in the park.

May 27, 2021 · Crater Lake itself occupies less than 10% of the park. Beyond the lake, old-growth forests blanket the landscape. Established in 1902, the park protects 15 species of conifers, from towering ponderosa pines to ancient whitebark pines.
