Country Apple Orchards is a historic apple orchard established in 1984. We are a U-Pick apple orchard with over 4,000 trees on 50 acres of land just south of Sioux Falls in Harrisburg South Dakota. Apple picking is No longer available this 2021 season, but bagged apples are available in the store for purchase while they last.

Country Maid Orchard includes over 2,000 apple, peach, pear, and plum trees, along with some vegetables, blueberry bushes, and raspberry bushes. Except for the small orchard right behind the ice cream store, all of the land is protected by an eight-foot electrical fence.

The only apples on trees were barely surviving and infested with those nasty little biting ladybugs. I was lucky to score 4 apples. However there were plenty of prepicked apples for sale.
