Cooks Tour. The Cooks Tour is held every year on the first Wednesday of December and is run by the Virtua Memorial Auxiliaries. This event began in 1962 by the Curtis Auxiliary, an all-volunteer organization founded by a group of Moorestown women. The auxiliary began hosting fundraising events in the community to support Virtua Memorial Hospital.
