Feb 16, 2013 · When you see the slow down, check the top process running in taskmgr and report back. To access taskmgr, click start and in the text box, type taskmgr and double click the taskmgr icon under programs. Then click on the processes tab. That will give you an overview on what processes are using the most CPU and memory. Hopefully this will narrow down what is using your resources.
