Gorge Crest bottled its first wines during the fall of 2007. The winery focuses its energies on producing limited quantities of premium “handcrafted” wines from the Columbia Gorge region. All grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and pressed by hand to eliminate stem and skin bitterness caused by high pressure hydraulic equipment.
Great wines come from great vines and our multi-award winning wines are a great testament to that. Here at Cave B Estate Winery we use 100% estate grown fruit from our Cave B Familigia Vineyards that surround our winery and Quincy tasting room. Our oldest vineyard is over 40 years old while our youngest was planted in the spring of 2021.
