I think some places were possibly on last legs prior to this, I doubt coffee plantation closed because of the lockdown, and as SDT pointed out, kojin is a result of a very greedy landlord and will probably reopen somewhere else, the owner may even try bigger and better since he has a history of trying new ideas and reinventing himself, always with great food.
