it is hard to tell you how many hours a day or week you will work as the coast guard is always changing. i can tell you there has been weeks i work 70+ hours a week and some that i work just 35 and i have worked every day off the week worked 14 days straight with a day off and do it again. these were 14-16 hour shifts to boot.
