None. Many of the reviews I read when interviewing listed the long hours as a con. I have now been here ~3 months and the hours have not been a problem. If you love what you are doing and enjoy the people you work with (which everyone at CloudHealth does) then you will not mind putting in the time. Also no one is forcing you to be here.
