We run 3 servers for various reasons and I'm implementing our solution to mimic what our former it company had setup. I'm running block level backup hourly 7-7 weekdays to a local storage drive and backups of those images to cloud weekly.

Cloudberry does it in a couple of HOURS. I'm using block-level backup, VSS, with encryption, and compression. 6 threads, 1MB block size and 20MB chunk size. This is backup to a local external storage device 12 times daily (hourly backups during work day) with 1 weekly cloud backup.

I have noticed that one of the plans seem to take a really long time to complete. I have ran the schedule during the day and watched the progress. It seems to be 'quick' (100MBps) during the data transfer but seems to get stuck at 'Purging files' for hours. It does eventually complete.
