The estate was named "Claggett". Bishop Thomas John Claggett and his wife were moved to the Washington National Cathedral on Mount St. Albans, Washington, D.C. in 1896. His children's remains were left and the cemetery is in disrepair. A subdivision, "Marlton" sits upon it now, all the stones had been broken and the graves were dug into.
