Lines are long. Best view of Chicago Sky line is at dusk. Plan on arriving Two hours ahead of time to gain entrance BEFORE dusk. You will have day time views ( photos ) You will have views at dusk ( photos ) And... Night time views with city lights ( photos ). Bring your camera and extra film & battery.
