New Challenges is like many group home companies. They care a lot about profit. They don't skimp on their clients, though, which is why I stayed with them for so long. They skimp on their employees instead. Raises occur once per year, and the maximum increase is 3% (which only matches inflation)--and does not apply to "weekend block" hours.3.2/5(42)
