When his temp was sky high we had him in the garden in just a vest, mind you it wasnt as cold as it is now. This worked a treat. Your poor little munchkin. I hope he has a very speedy recovery.

    If you give it every 4 hours round the clock then you will have given 2 doses too many (this is not good for the liver). - Its better to give Calpol SIX hourly OR to alternate it with Nurofen - so every FOUR hours giving one and then four hours later giving the other and so on.. so that each drug is spaced every 8 hours. This regime is for fever only, teething pain should not need this level of medication!
