Aug 17, 2017 · Cairo Tower – Best Hang Out Place in Egypt/ Facebook. Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. The entrance fee is LE 25 ($1.40) for Egyptians and LE 150 for foreigners. All you have to do is avoid national holidays and Fridays in order to avoid crowds and elevator lines and find a good place to park your car. Enjoy!
