Long story short, the $190 job turned into a $1700 job. I called the police, who had already dealt with this company. Before the police showed up five minutes after the call - they had fled.

The only drawback was the amount of time & phone calls it took in order to get them to come out to do the job. It involved 18 calls (not exaggerating... I kept track) to try to get them to come out to do the job.
