Horrible scam artists. We bought a washer, pedestal washer, dryer, and pedestal stand from Sears (White Oak, MD) on Black Friday weekend. At delivery, the pedestal washer was badly dented - clearly, the box was rammed by a forklift. We REJECTED the washer immediately. Delivery told us, no worries, Sears will call and arrange a replacement. NO CALLS.
