Basically the hourly rate will be something like $5 an hour once you work it out. They get away with it because the pay is based on the amount of stuff you deliver, not how long you work. You have to fold all the pamphlets together before delivering, which takes like 2 hours. And the delivery part takes ages, you have to cover a huge area.
