May 28, 2019 · Canada Post is totally failed to deliver all my parcels, especially in Scarborough area. Some of my friends and family members sent me parcels never deliver to my parents in law in Scarborough area. I made a lot of complain to Canada Post and their response is not really helpful. Right now I don't use the postal services in Scarborough area.

Postal worker did not deliver mail on June 17. The postal person came to deliver the mail at 10:39. The person attempted delivery but did not. The person read a sign on the door that stated area under video surveillance, do not leave parcels on the porch, please ensure mail is completely put into the mailbox.

My complaint is directed at Canada Post in small communities. In Nipigon - population of about 1300 - everyone MUST go to the post office building to get mail. Canada Post, without consultation, directed its employees to remove the sorting tables and litter bins in the lobbies, supposedly to encourage recycling.
