May 28, 2019 · Canada Post should make it a point to fire any delivery person who doesnt at least ring the door bell before driving off. Claim is in to walmart for a refund which they said they will provide once they get the police report. I have never ever had a Canada Post delivery person knock or use the door bell wen they drop off pkgs.

The failed delivery did not indicate whether the item is a letter or parcel and didn't state when it could be picked up at the Canada Post franchise location which is not as close to my home as another one. I went to that Canada Post franchise location and was told the item wasn't available yet, probably tomorrow/next day after 1:30PM.
