Apr 18, 2017 · Canada Post doesn't hold packages. UPS does. You will never receive a UPS package early. Always on time or late. With Canada Post, packages going from ON to AB/BC usually arrive and get delivered before the delivery standard. Having said that, Amazon's estimate is probably made up, just like how their reps lie about everything.

We shipped from Toronto to just outside Edmonton on the 25th - a Friday. So, Canada Post outlet held it there until Monday - the 28th 4 Business days takes it to the 2nd of October.
